We do not use sub-contractors and perform all work in-house under the supervision of one of the most experienced leadership teams in the entire industry. Totaling more than 130 years of service in the roofing industry, our management staff ensures that quality and safety will always be of the highest standard.

Jeff Bolander - V.P. of Roof Maintenance Services

"I have served in the roofing industry for 34 years, 10 years as a roofing foreman. In 1992 promoted to service account manager of RMS, training and developing a service department to adapt to our clients service needs. In 1999 promoted to division manager. It continues to be my focus to provide the only dedicated service R.M.S. department in the Indianapolis marketplace. By offering a full time service and dedicated roof maintenance service department, it allows us to provide a premier service to our clients."

Ed Chowning - Chief Financial Officer and Secretary-Treasurer

Ed has more than 25 years of construction experience in accounting and finance. He has a BS degree in accounting from Indiana State University and an MBA degree from Indiana University. Ed is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
